Commercial Litigation Solicitor

A Dispute Resolution team is looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its practice, working alongside experienced Partners on a varied caseload of complex commercial disputes.

The team advises businesses, financial institutions and private clients across a range of contentious matters.

The work

You will manage a varied caseload of commercial disputes, including:

• Contractual, partnership and shareholder disputes.
• Director disputes and insolvency matters.
• Professional negligence claims.
• Intellectual property and commercial property litigation.
• Injunctions, freezing orders and urgent applications.

The wider team has experience handling matters with international elements, complex fraud-related issues, claims against professional advisers and high-value commercial disputes.

Who you are?

• Ideally 4+ years' PQE in commercial litigation.
• Experience managing your own contentious caseload.
• Strong drafting, advocacy and client relationship skills.
• A commercially minded approach, with the confidence to manage client expectations, costs and deadlines.
• An interest in contributing to business development and building professional relationships.
