AJ Chambers is working with a Legal 500 based in the City of London and they are currently recruiting for a non-contentious construction solicitor to join their team.

This solicitor will have at least 3 years' PQE and will be operating with a mixture of development finance and construction matters. You’ll act for lenders on a range of matters including.

· JCT matters

· Consultant agreements

· Development and construction agreements

· Property and security documents
