Your New Role
We are seeking a proactive, driven, and customer-focused Internal Sales Support professional to join our clients growing commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual who enjoys building strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities for the sales team, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
As a key member of the sales team, you will play a vital role in supporting existing customers, responding to enquiries, generating quotations, and helping drive revenue growth across the business. Working closely with colleagues across multiple departments, you'll ensure customers receive expert advice, outstanding service, and effective solutions tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and digital channels.
• Provide product advice and technical information, ensuring customers receive the most suitable solutions for their requirements.
• Prepare, issue, and follow up quotations to maximise conversion opportunities.
• Identify opportunities for the sales team by qualifying leads.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while proactively identifying new business opportunities.
• Accurately maintain customer records and sales activity within CRM systems.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer journey.

• Previous experience within an Internal Sales, Sales Support, Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Service role.
• Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and manage multiple client enquiries.
• Strong commercial awareness and sales acumen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to negotiate confidently and professionally.
• Experience preparing quotations and following up opportunities.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
• Good IT skills, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
