Careermakers are recruiting an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to oversee aprojects across the North West. This site-based role requires strong leadership, technical expertise and a proactive approach to programme and commercial management. Key Responsibilities * Liaising directly with clients and maintaining strong working relationships * Attending and leading site meetings * Managing day-to-day site operations * Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations * Working closely with H&S Management teams * Managing and coordinating sub-contractors * Supporting Quality Managers with QA processes and documentation * Programme reporting and monitoring progress against key milestones Requirements * Proven experience as a Mechanical or M&E Project Manager * SMSTS certification would be preferred * Strong mechanical background (HVAC, pipework, plant systems, etc.) * Comfortable in a site-based delivery role * Commercially aware with strong programme management skills * Must reside within the Northwest or Yorkshire regions Working Arrangements and Facilities This Mechanical Site Manager vacancy is a multi- site-based role supporting projects across the North West and will require the need and willingness for flexibilty and the ability to travel to different sites. A full UK Driving licence is requried and with ideally no more than 3 penalty points. Office facilities include on-site parking, EV charging and a fully equipped kitchen. These facilities relate to the office; facilities at individual project sites may differ.
