Multi Trader - Social Housing Bedworth & Surrounding CV12 Self-Employed OR Temp to perm We are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join a growing team working within the Social Housing sector. This is a position offering consistent work, weekly pay, and the opportunity to work with a well-established contractor delivering repairs and maintenance services to occupied properties. The Role You will be carrying out a variety of planned and reactive maintenance works within tenanted social housing properties, ensuring all repairs are completed to a high standard and excellent customer service is maintained at all times. Key Duties * Patch plastering * Creating and finishing builders' openings * Basic tiling work * Floorboard repairs and replacements * Basic brickwork * Boxing in boilers to a professional finish Multi Trader Requirements * Previous experience working as a Multi Trader within social housing or domestic maintenance * Ability to carry out a range of trade skills to a high standard * Good customer-facing skills * Full UK driving licence * Use your own van or van supplied Package * Self-employed position OR temp - perm * Ongoing, long-term work * Weekly payments * Bedworth area coverage
