Office Coordination

  • Acting as the central point of contact for day-to-day office operations.
  • Organising meetings, calendars and team schedules.
  • Coordinating internal communications and document requests.
  • Ensuring the office runs efficiently and professionally at all times.
  • Providing seamless support across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Compliance & Administration

  • Supporting regulatory and compliance activities.
  • Maintaining compliance registers and records.
  • Assisting with policy reviews and updates.
  • Conducting client and project due diligence checks.
  • Supporting governance and internal process improvements.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High levels of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality

  • Be a key player within a supportive and professional team
  • Opportunity to take ownership of processes and make a genuine impact
  • Long-term career opportunity within a respected organisation
