Key Responsibilities:

As a Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of the organisation, ensuring that all visitors and patients receive exceptional service. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Greeting and assisting patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanour
• Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate departments
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining the appointment calendar
• Handling patient inquiries and providing information about services offered
• Performing administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations
• Preparing tea and coffee for staff and visitors.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and presentable branch environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Our client is looking for a Receptionist who possesses:

• Previous experience in a reception or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients and staff

• Proficiency in using computer systems and office software
