The Role

As a HLTA, you will:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across the primary age range when required.
• Support teachers in providing high-quality teaching and learning.
• Lead small group interventions to raise attainment and confidence.
• Work with pupils with a range of learning needs, including SEND.
• Assist in monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback to staff.
• Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will:

• Hold a HLTA qualification or have equivalent experience.
• Have recent experience working within a UK primary school.
• Be confident leading classes and managing behaviour effectively.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Be passionate about supporting children to achieve their full potential.
• Have a strong understanding of safeguarding responsibilities.
