We have opportunities for day-to-day supply, short-term cover and longer-term placements, including potential maternity cover opportunities. About the Role Provide high-quality care, learning and play experiences for children aged 0-5 years. Support children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Create a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment where children can thrive. Assist with daily routines, including feeding, changing and sleep times. Encourage children's social, emotional, physical and language development through play-based activities. Work collaboratively with nursery teams to meet children's individual needs. Follow safeguarding procedures and adhere to nursery policies and procedures at all times. Requirements Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare, or an equivalent recognised qualification. Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting. A good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development. A caring, patient and nurturing approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills. An enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain the required checks. What We Offer Competitive pay of £12.71 per hour, plus holiday pay. Weekly PAYE payments.
