Winchester Dental Solutions is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Dental Nurse to join our experienced team at our modern, fully private practice. You'll work alongside skilled clinicians, build your confidence across a variety of treatments and have the opportunity to explore dental implant nursing, with training and support provided.

What Will You Be Doing?

As our Dental Nurse, you'll be an important part of the team, helping appointments run smoothly and making sure every patient feels comfortable, informed and well cared for.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing chairside assistance across a range of dental procedures.
• Preparing surgeries and ensuring instruments and equipment are ready for each appointment.
• Cleaning and sterilising instruments in line with cross-infection control procedures.
• Supporting patients throughout their treatment and helping put them at ease.
• Maintaining accurate clinical records and relevant documentation.
• Monitoring equipment, instruments and clinical supplies.
• Maintaining high standards of safety, confidentiality and clinical governance.
• Working closely with dentists and colleagues to deliver an excellent patient experience.

You'll be more than an extra pair of hands – you'll help create the calm, professional and welcoming experience our patients expect.

Your Working Week

• Monday to Friday: 8:00am–5:30pm.
• Lunch break: 1:00pm–2:00pm.
• Contract: Permanent, full-time.
