As a Machine Operative, you will play a key role in the production process, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to high-quality standards.

Key Duties

• Operate machinery within a busy manufacturing environment.

• Pack products accurately and efficiently.

• Learn to operate a variety of production equipment.

• Carry out quality checks to ensure product standards are met.

• Follow all health and safety procedures.

• Maintain a clean and organised working area.

• Work as part of a team to achieve production targets.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Reliability and commitment to working rotating day and night shifts.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Commitment to quality and safe working practices.

• Previous manufacturing, production or machine-operating experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

Shift Pattern

4 on, 4 off rotating shifts:

• 2 day shifts: 6:45am-6:45pm.

• 2 night shifts: 6:45pm-6:45am.

• Followed by 4 consecutive days off.
