Reed Business Support are recruiting on behalf of our client in Ashford for a Procurement Lead. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced procurement professional to take ownership of strategic sourcing activities, supplier performance, and cost-saving initiatives within a growing organisation.

Procurement Lead About the Role:

• Leading procurement strategy across multiple categories
• Negotiating high-value supplier contracts and framework agreements
• Managing supplier relationships and performance reviews
• Identifying cost reduction and process improvement opportunities
• Collaborating with operational and finance teams on purchasing requirements
• Ensuring procurement activity remains compliant and commercially focused
• Managing risk within the supply chain
• Producing purchasing reports and market analysis for senior stakeholders

Procurement Lead About You:

• Significant experience in procurement or supply chain management
• Strong contract negotiation and supplier management expertise
• CIPS qualification desirable
• Proven track record delivering savings and efficiencies
• Advanced analytical and commercial skills
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Procurement Lead Salary & Working Pattern:

£33,000 - £35,000 per annum

Full-time, Monday to Friday

37.5 hours per week
