We are currently recruiting for an organisation who is looking to grow their small close knit team. This role requires someone who is happy to work a busy role where every day will bring something different. The is a mission lead organisation and makes a real difference in the UK. Fully training is provided.

What would you be doing?

• Answer phone calls and emails
• Become the expert on the industry with full training
• Update systems and provide updates
• Take minutes and provide admin support
• Support site visits, outreach and community groups
• Produce and source printed and digital awareness resources
• Despatch web shop orders, check stock and receive deliveries
• Help set up and run training courses
• Manage certificates and events

What experience do you need?

• At least 3 years Administration experience
• Happy to work onsite as there is no hybrid working
• Fully computer literate with experience using all Microsoft Packages
• Confident on the phones
