Duties of Bar Staff: Serving drinks and providing excellent customer service Taking payments and handling transactions Keeping the bar area clean, tidy and well stocked Working efficiently during busy periods Supporting colleagues to ensure events run smoothly Duties of Cloakroom Attendants: Welcoming guests and providing a friendly, professional service Taking responsibility for guests' coats and personal belongings Issuing tickets and ensuring items are returned to the correct guests Keeping the cloakroom organised and secure Assisting guests with any queries What we're looking for: Must be aged 18 or over Friendly, approachable and confident speaking with people Reliable, punctual and flexible Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Available for evening and weekend shifts Previous hospitality or customer service experience would be beneficial, although not essential A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in!
