They screen staff on site, use AI to support the analysis and have clinicians interpret the results, then follow up with each employee. That turns a set of results into real health outcomes. They partner with mid-to-large employers that want to invest in their people. With employee wellbeing now high on the agenda for most boards, demand is growing fast.

The Package

• £40,000 basic salary
• £80,000 OTE in year one, with uncapped commission
• Six-figure earnings realistic in year two

• Hybrid working: in the City of London office (EC3) on Tuesdays and Thursdays, at home the rest of the week

The Role & Requirements
As Business Development Manager, you'll win new business by selling health screening programmes to C-suite leaders, HR Directors and finance decision-makers. This is a true hunter role. You'll get some leads, but most of your pipeline will be your own. You'll build business cases that show both the commercial and the wellbeing return of screening, and you'll manage 3 to 6 month sales cycles with several stakeholders through to close. To be considered, you'll need at least 2 years in outbound new business sales, a record of hitting targets and the confidence to hold your own in boardroom conversations. Experience selling high-value deals to senior teams is key. A science-based degree, a genuine interest in health and wellness, a sporty background or experience in wellbeing, occupational health or employee benefits would be a real advantage.
