Fixed day shift 💎 Temp-to-perm (within 6 weeks) 👋🏻 Friendly team // Car Drivers preferred We are currently looking for a reliable, hardworking and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our busy warehouse team on the near outskirts of Burton, easily accessible from Branston, Barton under Needwood, Walton & Lichfield. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in completing tasks efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities: Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently. Loading and unloading deliveries safely. Receiving, checking and storing incoming stock. Preparing orders for dispatch and ensuring deadlines are met. Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised warehouse. Following all health and safety procedures. Working as part of a team to meet daily targets. Requirements for the successful Operative: A positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Good attention to detail and organisational skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good timekeeping, reliability and a flexible approach to work. The ability to carry out manual handling duties where required (sometimes can involve more heavy lifting when hand-palletising goods) Minimum 12 months within a logistics / store room environment  What We Offer: Above Minimum Wage (£12.79 per hour) Full training and ongoing support.
