Marketing Executive Assistant & Events Coordinator (French Speaking)

I'm supporting a global enterprise technology organisation in their search for a French-speaking Senior Marketing Executive Assistant & Coordinator to support executive engagement programmes across France and the UK.

1. About the Role

You'll be responsible for coordinating high-touch executive briefing events for senior customer stakeholders, ensuring every event delivers a seamless and premium experience. This is a flexible, part-time contract ideal for someone with a background in executive support, events, hospitality, or executive briefings.

1. What You'll Do

• Coordinate executive events across Paris and London
• Manage venues, restaurants, catering and hospitality arrangements
• Organise travel, transfers and guest logistics
• Manage attendee communications and confirmations
• Support event-day delivery and executive hosting
• Proactively suggest ideas and thoughtful touches to enhance the attendee experience

1. What You'll Need

• Fluent French and English
• Experience in Executive Assistant, Events, Hospitality or Executive Briefing roles
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders or executive audiences
• Ability to manage logistics independently and proactively
• France-based candidates (ideally Paris) strongly preferred
• Flexibility to travel between France and the UK (expenses covered)
• Strong local knowledge of Paris and London
