The Opportunity

As the Rising 3's Room Leader, you will be responsible for leading a nurturing, stimulating and engaging learning environment, ensuring children receive the highest standards of care, learning and development.

You will work closely with colleagues and families to create inspiring learning opportunities that support children's social, emotional and educational growth, while maintaining a safe, inclusive and positive Early Years environment.

The school is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated professional who can demonstrate strong leadership skills, a passion for Early Years education and the ability to create an outstanding learning experience for every child.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years
• Paediatric First Aid qualification
• Previous experience working within an Early Years or nursery setting
• Experience leading a room or supervising colleagues
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development
• The ability to build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• A proactive, positive and professional approach to work
