Planning Coordinator! Based in Dudley Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm and 8:00am to 4:00pm (alternating weeks) £15.22 per hour Temporary What you will do: Liaising with customers to manage the installations. Co-ordinating surveyors, engineers, builders and sub-contractors, to ensure our customer receives the best possible experience. Keeping all systems up to date.Key tasks: Planning, booking and organising work for builders and engineers along with required sub-contractors. Ensure customers are updated at every step of the installation journey. Liaising with the Regional build/Installations Manager and assisting in the resolution of any issues. Ensuring available resource is filled to capacity, whilst also making sure SLA's are achieved. Manage all inbound and outbound telephone calls and Email Inboxes relating to the installations. Maintain effective relationships with colleagues, surveyors, engineers, builders, build/installation managers, logistics team and sub-contractors. Ensure all systems are up to date. Ideal candidate: Must have experience of scheduling installation projects involving multiple trades.
