Electrical Project Manager Location: Manchester and surrounding areas Sector: Commercial Electrical Projects Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee commercial electrical projects across Manchester and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware and technically strong professional with experience managing electrical installations from initial planning through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget. Key Responsibilities * Manage commercial electrical projects from inception through to completion. * Plan and coordinate labour, materials, subcontractors and project resources. * Oversee electrical installations, ensuring compliance with specifications and regulations. * Monitor project programmes, budgets, costs and profitability. * Manage procurement, subcontractor appointments and supplier relationships. * Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors and site teams. * Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates. * Ensure health and safety procedures and quality standards are maintained. * Review technical drawings, specifications and project documentation. * Manage variations, valuations and commercial changes. * Oversee testing, commissioning, handover and project close-out. * Identify and resolve technical or programme issues throughout delivery. Requirements * Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the commercial sector. * Strong knowledge of commercial electrical installations and building services. * Experience managing project budgets, programmes and subcontractors. * Good understanding of relevant electrical regulations and health and safety requirements. * Ability to interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications. * Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills. * Relevant electrical qualifications or industry experience. * Full UK driving licence preferred.
