Role: Marketing Executive

Salary: up to £32,000

Location: Castleford

I am pleased to announce a really exciting opportunity to be a marketing professional for a global business in the leisure and tourism industry.

They are looking for someone who ‘thinks outside the box’ and is not afraid to question the norm. As the stand alone marketing department your role will be to introduce two new brands to the market via social media platforms and marketing strategy as well as help the current brand grow.

What are you going to do?

For this position, you will be responsible for the UK marketing of the 3 brands.

Key responsibilities/duties

• Creating a local marketing strategy and identifying the key opportunities and initiatives in the UK area
• Ensuring effective implementation of agreed plans within the available budget
• Communicating the Marketing strategy
• Responsible for all UK social media platforms by creating content and connecting with the correct target market, increasing brand awareness
• Ensuring visibility in both business and private markets, both nationally and internationally, through various promotions and materials, among others
• Translating external marketing strategy to internal organization, with the aim of creating support and conveying the right commercial spirit
• Organizing trade fairs

• Experience in an office environment
• Understand how to create and grow social media accounts

Advantageous skills needed:

• A completed degree (preferably in Marketing/Communication);
• Knowledge of DTP programs such as InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
