The Role
We're looking for a skilled Smart Repair Wheel Technician to join a team in Salisbury, specialising in alloy wheel refurbishment and cosmetic vehicle repairs.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in alloy wheel repairs or smart repairs who takes pride in producing high-quality work and delivering excellent results.

Working Monday to Friday, this role offers a competitive basic salary, an achievable OTE of £40,000 and no weekend working.

Key Responsibilities

• Repairing kerbed, scratched and damaged alloy wheels.
• Preparing, sanding, filling and refinishing alloy wheels to a high standard.
• Carrying out cosmetic repairs to restore wheels to their best possible condition.
• Colour matching and applying finishes where required.
• Inspecting completed work to ensure it meets quality standards.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Delivering a professional service and taking pride in the quality of your work.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in alloy wheel refurbishment, smart repairs or a similar automotive repair role.
• Good practical skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• A commitment to producing high-quality repairs.
• A full UK driving licence may be required, depending on the working arrangements.

• £36,000 basic salary
• £40,000 OTE, including bonus or additional earnings
