About the Role

An established Wealth Management business in Liverpool is looking to recruit a Paraplanner to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner to work closely with Financial Advisers, providing technical support and helping deliver high-quality financial planning solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical paraplanning support to Financial Advisers.
• Prepare suitability reports and detailed financial planning recommendations.
• Conduct research and analysis across pensions, investments, retirement planning and protection.
• Prepare cash flow models and financial planning illustrations.
• Analyse client circumstances and develop suitable financial planning strategies.
• Complete product and provider research to support adviser recommendations.
• Prepare client review documentation and support ongoing financial planning.
• Liaise with providers to obtain information and progress cases.
• Ensure all work meets regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage cases through to completion.
• Work closely with advisers and the wider support team to deliver an excellent client experience.

About You

• Previous experience working as a Paraplanner within an IFA or Wealth Management business.
• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or working towards it.
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments and financial planning.
• Experience preparing suitability reports and conducting product research.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.
