Insurance Recruitment Services (IRS) is a specialist insurance recruitment agency based in Salford Quays, Manchester. We are looking for two enthusiastic, motivated and personable Candidate Managers / Insurance Resourcing Executives to join our growing team.

The Role:

As a Candidate Manager / Insurance Resourcing Executive at IRS, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging and managing candidates across a range of insurance vacancies.

You'll be speaking with candidates daily, building relationships, registering suitable applicants

and ensuring we connect the right people with the right opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Candidate sourcing: Identifying potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, our internal database and other recruitment channels.
• Candidate engagement: Making outbound calls, speaking with candidates about their experience and discussing suitable career opportunities.
• Candidate registration: Conducting registration calls, gathering CVs and obtaining relevant information to build comprehensive candidate profiles.
• Relationship management: Building rapport with candidates, understanding their career aspirations and maintaining regular contact.
• CV screening: Reviewing CVs, assessing suitability and identifying candidates who match our clients' requirements.
• Database management: Keeping candidate records accurate, organised and up to date.
• Interview coordination: Arranging interviews, gathering feedback and keeping candidates informed throughout the process.
• Team collaboration: Working closely with our recruitment consultants to support vacancies and deliver an excellent service to candidates and clients.

You'll ideally have:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence speaking with people over the telephone.
• A friendly, professional and engaging personality.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• The ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships.
• Good IT skills and confidence using databases and online platforms.
• The ability to work well within a team and manage competing priorities.

Previous recruitment, resourcing, sales or customer service experience would be beneficial. However, we are happy to consider candidates who are new to recruitment but have the right attitude, communication skills and ambition to succeed.

Knowledge of the insurance industry is an advantage but is not essential.
