Previous sales experience is not essential; the client is looking for someone with the right attitude, strong communication skills and a genuine desire to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building.
• Contacting prospective clients via telephone, email and networking activities.
• Building relationships with business owners and decision makers.
• Understanding client needs and presenting suitable advertising and marketing solutions.
• Arranging and attending client meetings as required.
• Developing and maintaining a pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Managing existing client relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Working towards and exceeding individual sales targets.
• Maintaining accurate records and updating CRM systems.
• Representing the company professionally at all times.

Experience and Skills Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, business development or a client-facing role would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed and earn commission.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident speaking with businesses over the telephone and in person.
• Positive, resilient and self-motivated approach.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to build relationships and identify commercial opportunities.
• Comfortable working towards targets and performance objectives.
• Professional and engaging manner.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
