Customer Service & Sales Advisor | Larbert, Falkirk | £26,520 + uncapped bonus | Start Monday 2 November

Are you brilliant with customers and happy to sell when it genuinely helps? We're recruiting Customer Service & Sales Advisors to join a contact centre in Larbert, supporting one of the UK's best-known mobile networks. You'll get full paid training and a permanent contract from day one.

The role

As a Customer Service & Sales Advisor, you'll take inbound calls from pay-as-you-go mobile customers who are having trouble topping up. You'll sort the problem out first, then, where it suits the customer, move them onto a flexible monthly plan.

• Resolve pay-as-you-go top-up issues quickly and properly
• Ask good questions to understand how each customer uses their phone
• Recommend a monthly plan where it's a better fit, and explain why
• Use several systems at once while keeping customer service first
• Work towards customer service and sales targets

About you

No minimum experience needed. If you've worked in customer service, retail, a phone shop, telesales, hospitality or anywhere with a sales target, we'd love to hear from you.

• Comfortable working to sales targets

The package

• £26,520 basic salary, paid monthly
• Uncapped bonus, currently averaging around £350 a month, with top performers earning up to £1,000 a month (averages, not a guarantee)
• Full paid training, a supported nesting period, then ongoing coaching

Hours and location

40 hours a week, 5 days out of 7, Monday to Sunday, between 8am and 9pm on a rotating rota, with shifts released at least four weeks ahead. Fully on site at Central Business Park, Larbert, easy to reach from Falkirk, Stenhousemuir, Denny, Grangemouth, Stirling and Cumbernauld.
