The position will combine business development, rental valuations and winning new instructions with supporting the day-to-day management of the lettings department.

What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Valuer / Assistant Lettings Manager:
- Carrying out rental valuations and securing new landlord instructions
- Developing new business opportunities and growing the managed lettings portfolio
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and prospective clients
- Supporting the day-to-day running and performance of the lettings department
- Monitoring the lettings pipeline, conversion rates and overall business development activity
- Ensuring excellent customer service, compliance and professional standards across the lettings operation
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- Proven experience within residential lettings, ideally at Senior Negotiator, Valuer or Assistant Manager level
- Previous experience conducting rental valuations and winning new instructions
- Strong business development skills with a track record of generating new business
- Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building abilities
- Good understanding of the lettings process and current legislation
- Commercially aware with the ability to identify opportunities and drive results
- Organised, proactive and confident supporting and motivating colleagues
- Full UK driving licence and own car required
