An opportunity has arisen for a detail-oriented finance professional to join a growing team in a varied role covering weekly billing and accounts payable.This is a great opportunity for someone with previous finance administration or transactional finance experience who enjoys working with figures, maintaining accurate records and ensuring processes run smoothly.

• Manage weekly billing processes, ensuring invoices are prepared and issued accurately and on time.
• Process accounts payable invoices, ensuring all information is accurate and correctly recorded.
• Raise, process and maintain purchase orders, ensuring they align with internal procedures.
• Use Excel to maintain financial records, manage data and support billing and accounts payable activities.
• Liaise with internal departments and suppliers to resolve invoice queries and discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and support the smooth running of day-to-day finance operations.

• Excellent Excel skills and confidence working with large volumes of financial data.
• Previous experience in billing, accounts payable, purchase ledger or a similar finance administration role.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to processing financial information.
• Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritise workloads.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues across the business.
