Join a leading pensions consultancy and help trustees and sponsors navigate complex risk settlement transactions. You’ll work with an established specialist team on high-profile mandates across the pension risk transfer market. What you’ll do

• Lead or provide senior support on buy-ins, buy-outs, wind-ups, longevity swaps and other settlement solutions.
• Manage transactions from planning to completion, keeping delivery on time and within budget.
• Advise clients on their journey to settlement, including market readiness and feasibility.
• Build strong relationships with trustees, sponsors, insurers and other advisers.
• Support new business, proposition development, marketing and industry events.
• Coach colleagues and help develop future leaders.
