The role will involve: • Providing 1:1 and small-group support • Supporting pupils with a range of SEND and additional needs • Helping young people regulate emotions and engage positively with learning • Building trusting, professional relationships with pupils • Working closely with teachers, SEND staff and pastoral teams • Creating a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment We’re looking for someone who is compassionate, reliable and confident working with vulnerable young people.
