Employment Solicitor
Location: Solihull

An established and ambitious law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its growing Employment team.

This is an excellent opportunity to handle a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, advising both employers and individuals while developing strong client relationships and contributing to business development.

Key responsibilities include:

• Advising on disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, restructuring and TUPE matters.
• Managing Employment Tribunal claims from instruction to resolution.
• Drafting and negotiating contracts, policies and settlement agreements.
• Supporting corporate transactions and employment due diligence.
• Providing commercially focused advice and supporting client development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years’ PQE, strong technical employment law expertise, excellent client-facing skills and a commercially minded approach.
