Resident Manager - Permanent, Full Time

We're working with a well established residential property business that's looking for a Resident Manager to join their on site team. It's a hands on, resident facing role, ideal for someone from lettings or property management who enjoys being the go to person for residents and wants to keep building their career.

What you'll be doing

• Looking after residents from their first enquiry through to move-in and throughout their tenancy
• Carrying out viewings and following them through to reservation
• Doing check-ins, check-outs and property inspections, and flagging any maintenance issues
• Managing move-outs, including deposit returns
• Keeping records accurate and up to date on the property system
• Helping to plan resident events and community activities
• Supporting the wider team with day-to-day building tasks such as parcels, phones and cover when needed
• Helping to hit targets around occupancy and resident satisfaction

What you'll need

• Customer service experience in lettings or property management
• ARLA Level 3 (or equivalent), with Level 4 a bonus
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and property systems (Yardi or similar is a plus)
• Good organisation and attention to detail
• A friendly, proactive approach and the confidence to deal with all kinds of people
• The ability to stay calm and adaptable during busy periods
