Position: Customer Sales Consultant

Salary: £12.71 p/h

Contract: Temporary to Permanent Opportunity

Location; Leamington Spa (with occasional cover required at the Warwick site)

Working Hours

Temporary: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9:00am-5:00pm.

Permanent opportunity: Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm with every other Saturday worked and a day off in lieu.

Our client is looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Sales Consultant to be the face of their business. Initially recruited to cover a long-term sickness absence, there is also the potential for a permanent opportunity in November, making this an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate.

Customer Sales Consultant duties include:

• Greeting and welcoming customers
• Providing advice and recommendations
• Conducting site tours
• Processing orders, payments and invoices
• Answering calls and email enquiries
• Supporting with deliveries when required
• Helping the wider team wherever needed

Customer Sales Consultant person specification:

• Friendly, confident and customer-focused
• Happy working on your feet in a varied role
• Able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
• A team player willing to muck in
• Reliable with a positive attitude

Other essential skills and experience needed –

• Retail, hospitality, customer service or similar experience welcomed
• Candidates seeking their first office-based opportunity encouraged to apply
• Computer literate and confident learning new systems
• Able to travel to Leamington Spa and, when required, Warwick via own transport or reliable public transport
