We are looking for an experienced Planned Works Electrician to join Abri housing, delivering high-quality electrical upgrades, installations and refurbishment works across our homes. Key Responsibilities
Carry out full and partial property rewires.
Install and replace consumer units.
Complete electrical upgrades as part of kitchen, bathroom and refurbishment programmes.
Carry out electrical testing and inspection.
Ensure all work meets current regulations and health & safety standards.
Work closely with customers, colleagues and other trades.
Deliver excellent workmanship and customer service.
Requirements
NVQ/AM2 or equivalent.
2391 Testing & Inspection or equivalent.
Current 18th Edition qualification.
Full UK driving licence.
Previous experience in social housing, planned maintenance, refurbishment or property investment is desirable.
Strong commitment to quality, safety and customer service.
