Drama Teacher (Part-Time) | Windsor | 2 Days Per Week

Are you a passionate and creative Drama Teacher looking for a part-time teaching opportunity in a supportive and high-achieving school environment?

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Drama Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Windsor on a 2-day-per-week basis (Mondays and Tuesdays) from 4th January 2027 until 20th July 2027.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher or ECT who is committed to inspiring students through engaging and dynamic Drama lessons.

Role Details

• Position: Drama Teacher
• Location: Windsor
• Working Days: Monday & Tuesday
• Start Date: 4th January 2027
• End Date: 20th July 2027
• Contract: Fixed-Term / Long-Term Supply
• Salary: Competitive daily rate (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and creative Drama lessons across the curriculum.
• Encourage student participation, confidence, and self-expression.
• Plan, prepare, and assess work in line with curriculum requirements.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Contribute to the wider success of the Performing Arts department.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching Drama at secondary level.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• A passion for the performing arts and student development.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
