We're looking for an experienced Head Chef to join a prestigious private estate in West Sussex, leading the culinary offering for a new restaurant in the Arts Foundation development. Develop and deliver a high-quality small-plates menu Work closely with the Estate Executive Chef and management team Use organic produce from the estate and trusted artisan suppliers Lead, support and develop the kitchen team Maintain consistently high standards across food quality and presentation Help deliver dining experiences for special events when required Manage kitchen operations in line with food safety and quality standardsWhat we're looking for: You'll be an accomplished chef with a passion for quality produce and creative dining.
