Electrical Supervisor / Lead Electrician Location: Surbiton | Salary: £45,000–£55,000+ depending on experience We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Electrical Supervisor / Lead Electrician to join our Unit 2 production team. Working across exciting luxury retail displays, brand activations, pop-up stores, exhibitions and bespoke installations, you’ll lead a small team of electricians and technicians, overseeing electrical production from workshop build through to on-site installation. The Role * Lead, support and develop a small electrical team. * Build, wire, test and install temporary and permanent electrical systems. * Work with LED lighting, low-voltage systems, power distribution and lighting controls. * Read technical drawings and work closely with designers, fabricators and project managers. * Manage materials, workloads, safety and project deadlines. * Carry out fault-finding, testing and commissioning. About You * Qualified electrician with 18th Edition. * 2391 Inspection & Testing desirable. * Proven experience supervising or leading electrical teams. * Strong 240V installation and low-voltage knowledge. * Experience in retail fit-out, shopfitting, exhibitions, events or display production. * ECS Gold Card and IPAF desirable. * Organised, practical, positive and calm under pressure.
