Contract Personnel are recruiting Production Technicians based in the South Norfolk area. Own transport is essential due to site location.  Duties and Responsibilities: Assisting across various production areas as required. Following work instructions (may be computerised) and established procedures to ensure products are manufactured to the required standards. Maintaining high levels of quality, accuracy and traceability throughout the production process. Working efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines. Ensuring a clean, safe and organised working environment. Carrying out general production and assembly duties. Undertaking any other reasonable duties as required. The Ideal Candidate: Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential. Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Able to follow instructions and work to set procedures. Reliable, motivated and able to work as part of a team. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
