Our client, a highly respected Franchised Main Dealer in Leicester, is looking to expand their skilled workshop team. You'll be working with a premium, market-leading brand in a fast-paced, professional environment where your experience and ambition will be highly valued.

• £45,000 basic salary (negotiable based on experience)
• Uncapped bonus schemepaid overtime
• Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:30pm
• 1 in 4 Saturdays, 8:30am – 12:30pm (paid at overtime rate)
• Ongoing manufacturer training, including EV & Hybrid systems
• Clear path to Master Technician and further career progression

What we’re looking for:

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
• Main Dealer or Independent Workshop experience welcome
• MOT Licence preferred (not essential)
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering top-quality work
