Our client, a highly respected Chambers-ranked law firm, is seeking an experienced Employment Senior Associate Solicitor to join its award-winning Employment team in Reading.

The Role

A varied role advising both individuals and businesses on contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:

• Complex Employment Tribunal claims, including discrimination, protected disclosures and equal pay
• Employment contracts, policies and settlement agreements
• Restructuring, TUPE and workforce changes
• Employment support on corporate transactions
• Negotiations, advocacy and client advisory work
• Business development and contributing to the continued growth of the team

About You

• 5+ years’ PQE gained at a recognised London or regional firm
• Strong technical employment law knowledge
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
• Experience handling tribunal claims and advocacy advantageous
• Commercially minded, with an interest in business development
