You'll provide friendly, professional service while ensuring orders are processed accurately and enquiries are handled efficiently. Respond to parts enquiries face to face, over the telephone and by email Process customer orders and arrange the dispatch of parts Support technicians and customers with product information and availability Provide accurate information about products and services Assist with sales and work towards relevant targets Handle cash and card payments accurately where required Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism Work collaboratively with colleagues while using your own initiative when neededWhat we're looking for: You'll be confident dealing with customers, comfortable working in a busy environment and keen to develop your knowledge of parts and products.
