Working hours: Monday-Friday 9:30-17:30

Working pattern: Fully office-based
Salary: £30,000 plus benefits

Our client, a boutique law firm in the City, is seeking a bright and proactive Junior Legal PA to provide dedicated support to a senior Partner. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop your skills and build a long-term career within the legal sector.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing administrative support to a senior Partner
• Supporting with personal errands, on site and off site
• Acting as a point of contact for a senior Partner
• Assisting with ad hoc administration and last minute demands
• Helping ensure the smooth running of a busy lawyer's week

• A graduate or someone from a hospitality, customer service or administrative background
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach
• A positive, professional attitude with a willingness to learn
• A genuine "no task too small" mindset
