For the successful Welding Supervisor our client is offering:
Competitive basic salary paying £40,000 Per Annum
Monday to Friday, 7:30am-5pm with a 12:30pm finish on Fridays
Temporary to Permanent roles within a thriving manufacturer

The Role - Welding Supervisor:
Supervising a team of Welder / Fabricators
Ensuring the team are producing Welds to the correct standards
Identifying any bottlenecks in work being completed and identifying best measures
Jumping on the tools at times when required
Helping rework items when required
Ensuring work being completed is to set Company standards
Mentoring the team and striving for continuous improvement
What our client is looking for in a Welding Supervisor:
MIG Welding experience
Supervisory experience
Welding & Fabrication knowledge
Able to read drawings
Happy to support the team at times when needed with Welding & Fabrication
Strong man management & communication skills
MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUGS TEST!
