An exciting opportunity to join a growing, international organisation as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, specialising in Finance recruitment.

This is a hands-on role for an experienced recruiter with strong sourcing skills, specialist market knowledge and the ability to partner with senior stakeholders.

The Role

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across Finance, from briefing through to offer.

• Recruit across specialist areas including FP&A, Treasury, Financial Control, Tax, Accounting and Group Reporting.

• Build talent pipelines through direct sourcing, headhunting and networking.

• Partner with senior stakeholders, providing market insight, salary benchmarking and advice on talent availability.

• Drive direct sourcing strategies to reduce agency reliance and improve recruitment outcomes.

• Contribute to wider Talent Acquisition initiatives, including employer branding and process improvement.

About You

• Proven experience recruiting within Finance, with a strong track record of successful placements.

• An established candidate network and in-depth knowledge of the Finance talent market.

• Experience engaging passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.

• Confident partnering with senior stakeholders and advising on recruitment strategy.

• A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for delivering high-quality hires.

Experience in-house, within an RPO or specialist recruitment agency would be advantageous, as would experience in an international or complex organisation.
