Commercial Litigation Solicitor

3+ PQE | Bournemouth | Hybrid Working

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded Legal 500 Dispute Resolution team in Bournemouth.

The team advises both individuals and businesses, providing practical, commercially focused advice across a broad range of disputes. You’ll work alongside lawyers across the wider firm, including Corporate & Commercial and other specialist teams, providing a genuinely joined-up service to clients.

The Role:

You will handle a varied caseload of commercial and civil litigation matters, including:

• Commercial disputes
• Property and landlord & tenant disputes
• Professional negligence claims
• Intellectual property and trademark disputes
• Boundary disputes
• Contested wills and estates

You will have the opportunity to manage your own matters, advise clients directly and represent them where required. The role will also involve dealing with urgent applications, including injunctions, together with contributing to client development and the continued growth of the team.

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years’ PQE
• Strong experience across dispute resolution and civil litigation
• Experience in property and landlord & tenant disputes would be advantageous
• Excellent drafting, research and case management skills
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Confident providing clear, practical advice to clients
• Commercially minded with excellent communication skills
• A collaborative team player with an interest in business development
