Reporting into the Account Manager and working as part of a small team of 3, you’ll provide support to the business’s accounts department.

This role can be full time 37.5hrs or 30hrs per week (6 hours per day). There is also a bonus which is paid out twice through the year.

In terms of your background, you'll need to have previous accounts and payroll experience.

Below is a small overview of what you'll be doing;

• Manage payroll process, including deductions, payments, and HMRC submissions ensuring compliance with payroll legislation and company policies - Sage software
• Provide administrative support to the Accounts Manager and assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
• Process receipts and payments accurately and timely using Xero software
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
