The Role As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring residents receive safe, effective and compassionate care that promotes dignity, independence and quality of life. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide clinical leadership, oversee medication administration and ensure high standards of care are maintained at all times. Key Responsibilities * Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents. * Administer medication safely and accurately. * Monitor residents' health and wellbeing, responding appropriately to changes in condition. * Complete clinical assessments and maintain accurate care records. * Support and supervise care staff throughout the shift. * Ensure compliance with safeguarding, infection control and regulatory requirements. * Build positive relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals. * Contribute to creating a warm, safe and welcoming environment. What We're Looking For Essential Requirements * Valid NMC registration (RGN or RMN). * Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse. * Strong clinical knowledge and nursing skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * A caring, compassionate and professional approach. * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
