A modern, commercial legal practice is looking for a Senior Solicitor or experienced Litigator to join its Local Authority Team. The role involves managing complex, high-value litigated matters, advising local authority clients, and contributing to work that directly impacts public services.

The Role

• Manage a varied caseload across multiple courts and tribunals
• Provide clear, strategic advice to local authority clients
• Drive positive outcomes on challenging disputes
• Support and mentor junior team members

About You

• Background in debt recovery, civil litigation, insolvency, property litigation or public law preferred
• Strong written communication and analytical skills
• Practical, client-focused approach
• Positive, collaborative team mindset
• Retrain opportunities available for strong litigators from other areas
