Leasehold Administrator Wanted – Exciting Opportunity with Gentoo!

Location: Doxford Park, Sunderland
Duration: 3 Months Initially (Ongoing Potential)
Pay: £15.57 per hour (PAYE)
Hours: 36 Hours per Week, Monday to Friday (Early finish on Friday)
DBS: Basic DBS Required
Driving Licence: Essential (Pool Car Available)

Are you an experienced Administrator looking for your next opportunity? We are recruiting for a Leasehold Administrator to join Gentoo's busy Leasehold Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a small, friendly team and play a key part in delivering excellent customer service to leaseholders across Sunderland and surrounding areas.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing administrative support to the Leasehold Team
• Handling customer enquiries via telephone, email and Teams
• Producing management packs, leases and customer information requests
• Raising purchase orders and repairs requests
• Maintaining accurate records and data input across internal systems
• Assisting with Section 20 correspondence, mail merges and letters
• Liaising with customers, contractors and internal departments
• Completing monthly meter readings and property inspections
• Supporting viewings and visits to leasehold properties when required
• Providing a professional and customer-focused service at all times

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 36 hours per week
• 30-minute unpaid lunch break

What We're Looking For:

• Previous administration experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage a busy workload and work independently
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Leasehold or housing sector experience would be advantageous but is not essential
• Someone who can hit the ground running and get stuck in from day one
