Title: Site Manager Company: Confidential Residential Employer Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire | Type: Permanent Salary: £60k - 65k About the Role Site Manager required to take ownership of high-end residential construction projects in Oxford, overseeing site operations from construction through to handover. This is a permanent opportunity offering a salary of 60 - 65k with responsibility for programme delivery, quality standards and health and safety compliance. The employer delivers residential construction projects and is seeking an experienced Site Manager capable of managing subcontractors, site logistics and client expectations on premium residential developments. What You Will Do The Site Manager will lead day-to-day construction activities and coordinate site teams to achieve programme milestones. Manage daily site operations on high-end residential developments from construction through to practical completion. Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to maintain programme targets and site productivity. Monitor quality standards and ensure all works meet drawings, specifications and client expectations. Enforce health and safety procedures and maintain site compliance documentation. Conduct progress meetings and provide regular updates on programme, quality and site performance. Oversee snagging, commissioning and handover activities to achieve successful project completion. What You Bring (Essential) Experience as a Site Manager delivering high-end residential construction projects. Hold a valid SMSTS qualification and current CSCS card. Demonstrate previous responsibility for managing subcontractors on live construction sites. Possess strong knowledge of construction sequencing, quality control and site coordination. Have experience managing health and safety compliance throughout construction and handover stages. Hold a valid UK driving licence and be able to travel to Oxford. Desirable First Aid at Work qualification. Experience delivering bespoke luxury residential developments. Membership of CIOB or working towards professional membership.
